How do I know if my order has been successfully placed or not?

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our factory, you will receive an email notification. You will also be sent a tracking ID.

We offer a free delivery service.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Main Centres
Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, George, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth and East London can expect delivery within 5 working days.
Outlying Areas
You can expect deliveries in 7 working days.

Can I use a postal address?

No, you must provide a physical address, unless disussed with us. You will need to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address. Deliveries are made during working hours from Monday to Friday.

Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?

Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name upon checkout.

Can I return my item?

We do not have a refund policy, however, we are more than happy to exchange your item within 7 days, provided you have your proof of purchase. We only accept returns that are in the original condition and packaging. Please note that our sale items are not returnable. Please send us an email on our contact page and we will correspond with you. Please note that your are responsible for the cost of return, however we will the send it back at our own cost.
