How long will my pair take?
Some pairs are ready to ship. Most are made for you after you order, in your size, in our factory in Somerset West. The page for each pair tells you which, and how long.
The wait is how you know it was made by hand.
Which size should I order?
The size guide shows you how to measure your foot. If you're between sizes, call the shop and tell us what you usually wear. We'll tell you how ours fit.
Can I come and fetch my order?
Yes. Choose Come and fetch them at checkout. There's no courier charge. We'll email you when your pair is ready, and you can fetch it from the factory shop any time it's open: weekdays from 8 to 5, Saturdays from 8 to 1. Have a coffee while you're here.
Delivery
We send pairs anywhere in South Africa by courier. Delivery is free on orders over R1,000.
Returns
You have fourteen days to send a pair back. You pay the courier to return it. Everything else is in our returns policy.
Can I have a style in a different leather or colour?
Ask. We often have the leather. Call the shop, or write below with the style and the colour you have in mind.
My Phelans are worn. Can you fix them?
We repair what we make. Soles wear and straps stretch. Bring them to the factory shop, or call first if you're coming from far.
